The Board and Management

Global-Serve Logistics Limited is supported by a Board of Directors made up of very pragmatic, dynamic, and astute Businessmen who have excelled in their various fields of endeavors. The management team consists of young, vibrant, and seasoned professionals who are very competent in what they do in the industry with combined industry experience of over 15 years.

DIRECTOR

OLUFUNSO DIMEJI
An Administrator and Sale manager per excellence, he holds an HND in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH).
He has extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations and is a target-oriented Sales and Operational professional with a proven successful sales record.
He is skilled at identifying, analyzing, and promptly resolution of customers’ challenges which endears him to both external and internal customers, and has maintained customer satisfaction and retention.
His vast experience in the industry spanned the National Oil and Marketing Company (now Conoil) from 1997-2001.
He then moved to TNT/IAS logistics as the Transport Manager from 2001-2003.
He became the Inventory Manager in the same company from 2003-2005.
He then moved to CL LOGISTICS as the Inventory Manager where he rose in rank to the Regional Head of Warehouse Operations and Commercials (South-West) till 2021 from where he co-founded Global-Serve Logistics Limited.
He is happily married with children and a grandchild.
 

DIRECTOR

MR. OLUGBENGA LAMINA
Lamina Olugbenga Paul is a legal practitioner with six years of Post-call experience. He has his law Practice experience from the Ministry of Justice, Delta State, Francis Ogunbowale & Co, and Adekola Kareem & Co. He earned a Master’s in Energy Law from the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL), University of Ibadan. This introduced him to the Nigerian Energy markets. Thereafter, he joined the Government and Regulatory Department of the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) where he majored in Forum conflict resolution and interfacing with energy regulators.
He thereafter proceeded to the University of Berlin, Germany where he earned a Masters of Business Law (MBL) in International and European Energy Law.
He is a current Managing Partner at Veblen Solicitors; a corporate law firm.
He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (UK) and holds multiple certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from the Department of Petroleum Resources.
He is also a member of the Nigerian Association of Energy Economics (NAEE) as well as the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
