Collateral Management Services
Inventory Management Services
Supervised and Monitoring Agricultural input/raw materials from suppliers into designated warehouses and ensure effective releases of these inputs to specified off-takers or for export with authentication of the details by the financier. Similarly, we are in a good position to provide Inventory Management Services for the output of farmers’ harvests across Nigeria upon meeting the prescribed conditions. We ensure quantity and collect only certified quality input/output and report on the condition of inventories, warehouses, and environs.
Warehousing Services
We manage a wide variety of commodities which include but are not limited to cereals (rice, maize, and wheat), tree crops (oil palm, cocoa, rubber, etc), legumes (soybean, sesame seed), ginger, hibiscus cotton, and cassava in warehouses other than GLOBAL-SERVE LOGISTICS LIMITED warehouses, this maybe customer’s warehouse or a leased warehouse owned by a third party. We ensure Quantity and Quality assurance of all inventories under our custody and care and also report on the condition of the stock, warehouse, and environs. We have an established wealth of experience that cuts across the Agricultural Value Chain.
Project Material Management
We assume the role of Site material managers on behalf of Financiers/Project Contractors with a focus on the proper utilization of funds and materials needed for the successful execution of projects, Receipt of materials while our client concentrates on their core functions of funds disbursement, project development, and monitoring. In LPO and APG financing we come in handy to control and reduce the financiers’ huge expenditure and risk as well as to ensure returns on their investments in projects.
Surveying, Inspection & Supercargo Services (Petroleum Products)
This includes loading and Discharge monitoring of shipment (PMS, AGO, DPK, ATK, and Base Oil), based on the nominated quantity and quality terms advised by the Bank.

Our Deliberate Involvement in Agriculture Value Chain
Fertilizer Management
We monitor the delivery of fertilizers to various warehouses from the Port/Suppliers and we manage the inventory and sales at the various warehouses (we issue certificates of complete delivery to Financiers).
Seeds Management
We manage seed inventories, repackage and release seeds from the storage facility.
Grains, Beans, and Nuts Management
We run quality tests for Cocoa, Cashew, and other export crops. We also manage and monitor the delivery of the grains to off-takers and Beverage companies as the case may be (Sorghum, Soya beans, Maize, etc.)
Feed Mill and other Agro-processing Plants
We receive and monitor the production and usage in the farms and industries.
Poultry and Livestock Management
We monitor and receive day-old chicks, monitor their growth within a nine weeks period, affect the release of the broilers for slaughtering, and monitor the sales of the life broilers and offal. We also monitor the activities of the cold room.
Agro Raw Material Management
We monitor production stages for specific agro-raw materials and also track the stock of the semi-processed ones.
