ED Commercial
O. IKUKOYI
Funsho is a seasoned Administration, Sales and Operations professional with over 30 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, logistics, inventory and warehouse management. He holds an HND in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH).
His career includes experience with the National Oil and Marketing Company (now Conoil) and TNT Express Logistics, where he held progressively senior roles in transport, inventory and warehouse management. He rose to become Regional Head of Warehouse Operations and Commercials (South-West), overseeing operational and commercial activities across the region.
With strong expertise in customer relationship management, inventory control, commercial development and operational management, Funsho has a proven ability to drive service excellence and resolve customer and operational challenges.
He co-founded Global Serve Logistics Limited in 2021, bringing extensive industry knowledge and practical operational experience to the Company’s growth and service delivery.
Head, Operations
LAKUNLE-BELLO, MUNAWAR SHOLA
Lakunle-Bello holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology and an M.Sc. in Computer Science. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (CILSCM) and the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA).
With over 10 years of professional experience, he has developed extensive expertise in operations, stock verification, inventory management and risk control, having progressed through various operational and coordination roles within the logistics and commodities sector.
Lakunle-Bello has been with Global Serve Logistics Limited since its inception, contributing his extensive operational knowledge and experience to the development of the Company’s service delivery standards. His expertise in risk management, inventory control and operational processes, complemented by relevant professional training, strengthens GSL’s commitment to delivering reliable, efficient and high-quality collateral management services.
Risk Officer
ADEYEMI ALUKO
Adeyemi Aluko is an experienced Risk and Collateral Management professional with expertise in collateral monitoring, warehouse risk control, operational compliance and asset quality assessment.
He currently serves as Risk Manager at Global Serve Logistics Ltd, where he oversees collateral inspections, monitors commodity quality and supports risk reporting, operational controls and risk mitigation processes.
With experience spanning risk management and operations, Adeyemi has developed strong capabilities in risk assessment, warehouse compliance, reporting, process coordination and operational oversight within the collateral management environment.
He is recognized for his attention to detail, analytical approach and proactive risk management mindset. His combination of operational experience and risk expertise contributes to GSL’s ability to maintain strong controls, protect collateral integrity and deliver consistent, high-quality services to its clients.
Head, Business Development
TOCHUKWU NNAMONU
Tochukwu is a Business Development and Risk Management professional with over eight years of institutional banking experience spanning commercial asset growth, credit risk, portfolio management and collateral verification.
His experience working with financial institutions, corporate clients and credit, risk and compliance teams gives him a strong understanding of banking requirements and effective collateral management. At Global Serve Logistics, he leads business development and strategic relationships, leveraging his banking expertise to identify growth opportunities, strengthen institutional partnerships and deliver solutions aligned with clients’ risk and collateral management needs.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, complemented by professional training in Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Effective Communication and Team Leadership.
His combination of banking expertise, commercial acumen, technical background and stakeholder management makes him a strong asset to GSL and a credible partner to its banking and corporate clients.
Compliance Officer
OLAMIDE EGBUNA
Olamide is a seasoned Compliance and Operations professional with over seven years of experience ensuring regulatory adherence, risk management, and governance within collateral management, logistics, and financial services environments.
She demonstrates strong expertise in enforcing compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory frameworks, and internal control policies to protect financiers’ and institutional stakeholders’ interests. Highly experienced in inventory and collateral monitoring, audit execution, exception reporting, and risk mitigation relating to asset security, stock integrity, and operational transparency. Adept at liaising with regulators, inspection agents, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure full compliance with industry standards and best practices.
A Certified Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, recognized for integrity, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to compliance oversight and regulatory reporting.
Internal Control Analyst
PRECIOUS ENIETAN-MATTHEWS
Precious Enietan-Matthews is a technology-driven Internal Control and Operations professional with experience in regulatory administration, process coordination, compliance monitoring, and digital systems management. With a background in Computer Science and cybersecurity training, she brings a structured and analytical approach to internal controls, operational efficiency, and risk awareness within collateral management environments.
She previously worked with the Nigerian Communications Commission, where she supported licensing and authorization processes, managed documentation, prepared operational reports, and maintained records within a regulated environment. She also has experience supporting technology product management initiatives, including process documentation, stakeholder coordination, workflow improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams through HNG Bootcamp projects.
Her training with Cisco and ISC² further strengthens her capability in technology-driven control systems, data accuracy, compliance processes, and operational risk management.
