The management team consists of young, vibrant, and seasoned professionals who are very competent in what they do in the industry with combined industry experience of over 45 years
ED Commercial
O. IKUKOYI
Mr. Ikukoyi is an Administrator and Sales manager per excellence, he holds an HND in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH). With over 30 years work experience He has extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations and is a target-oriented Sales and Operational professional with a proven successful sales record. He is skilled at identifying, analysing, and prompting the resolution of customers’ challenges, which endears him to external and internal customers. He has also maintained customer satisfaction and retention.
His vast experience in the industry spanned through the National Oil and Marketing Company (now Conoil) from 1997-2001. He then moved to TNT Express logistics as the Transport Manager from 2001-2003. He became the Inventory Manager in the same company from 2003-2005. He then moved to Continental Logistics as the Inventory Manager, where he rose in rank to the Regional Head of Warehouse Operations and Commercials (South-West) till 2021, from where he co-founded Global-Serve Logistics Limited.
Head, Operations
MS. LAKUNLE-BELLO
Lakunle-Bello holds a B.Sc. in information technology and MSc in computer science. Also, a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (CILSCM), a member of Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA). With over 10 years of work experience, he worked with Echelon Technologies as a Technical Officer before joining CL Logistics as a stock verifier in operations Department in 2015. After six months, he was promoted to Coordinator and later appointed Operations Executive. He left CL logistics to join a digital Installation of Solar and inverters organisation.
He has joined Global-Serve Logistics Limited since its inception. His vast knowledge and experience in risk management, coupled with several attended trainings in relevant fields, form an added advantage and extension to operational quality service delivery.
Risk Officer
A. ALUKO
Mr. Aluko is an experienced Risk and Collateral Management professional with expertise in collateral
monitoring, warehouse risk control, operational compliance, and asset quality assessment. He currently serves as a Risk Manager at Global Serve Logistics Ltd, where he oversees collateral inspections, monitors commodity quality, and supports risk reporting and operational control processes.
Prior to this role, he worked as a Risk analyst at Continental Logistics Limited, where he conducted risk
assessments, monitored warehouse safety compliance, and reported operational risks and trends to management. He has also held roles in operations building strong experience in reporting, risk assessment, operations management, and process coordination.
He is recognized for his attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive approach to risk mitigation, making him a dependable professional in collateral management and warehouse risk operations.
Compliance Officer
O. EGBUNA
A seasoned Compliance and Operations professional with over seven years of experience ensuring regulatory adherence, risk management, and governance within collateral management, logistics, and financial services environments. Demonstrates strong expertise in enforcing compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory frameworks, and internal control policies to
protect financiers’ and institutional stakeholders’ interests. Highly experienced in inventory and collateral monitoring, audit execution, exception reporting, and risk mitigation relating to asset security, stock integrity, and operational transparency. Adept at liaising with regulators, inspection agents, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure full compliance with industry standards and best practices.
A Certified Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, recognized for integrity, attention to detail,
and a disciplined approach to compliance oversight and regulatory reporting.
Internal Control Analyst
P. ENIETAN-MATTHEWS
Ms. Enietan-Matthews is a technology-driven Internal Control and Operations professional with experience in regulatory administration, process coordination, compliance monitoring,
and digital systems management. With a background in Computer Science and cybersecurity training, she brings a structured and analytical approach to internal controls, operational efficiency, and risk awareness within collateral management environments.
She previously worked with the Nigerian Communications Commission, where she supported licensing and authorization processes, managed documentation, prepared operational reports, and maintained records within a regulated environment. She also has experience supporting technology product management initiatives, including process documentation, stakeholder coordination, workflow
improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams through HNG Bootcamp projects.
Her training with Cisco and ISC² further strengthens her capability in technology-driven control systems, data accuracy, compliance processes, and operational risk management.
